Integrate an expert into camp staff to provide first-class content, mentoring for camp staff and nuanced educational responses to complex and challenging questions and situations through sensitive, responsible, mature dialogue. Entire summer or 1-4 weeks.

ISRAEL DAY package: instructions for age-appropriate activities, inspiring stories, and ceremonies (tkasim) that foster thoughtful, engaging and personal connection to Israel.
EXPERT CONSULTING
OPEN-DOOR CONSULTANT
Have a consultant available for the summer to assist with complex educational challenging situations and dilemmas by Zoom, phone, email or messaging.
Consultations can include a site visit of 1-5 days for in-person sessions. Includes pre-camp and post-camp sessions for staff delivered through online and in-person hybrid.
INVESTING IN STAFF
Dialogue Workshops
Facilitating one-off or multiple sessions designed for counselors, staff, and senior leadership to reflect on the past year's experiences, including identifying emerging trends within broader society, particularly those related to antisemitism.
These workshops aim to equip participants with the necessary tools to navigate difficult conversations and situations, fostering a shared understanding of best practices and establishing clear goals for the upcoming summer. Sessions are available in person or on zoom
Israel educator TRAINING
Supplementary enrichment training for summer shlichim and Israel educators heading to Jewish summer camps.
Upskill and prepare those joining your summer staff through customized training programs, pedagogical best practices and specific knowledge tailored to your camp community.
Extra training helps Israelis on camp build strong relationships with counselors and campers and foster a positive, collaborative, human approach to Israel education.
